COMMERCIAL BANKER
Promote, market, and facilitate the overall sale of products of the bank. Contribute to the bank’s growth by the effective sale of bank services to new and existing customers with emphasis on great, friendly and professional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Responsible for originating, servicing, and collecting loans and meeting customer needs within the guidelines of Bank policies. Solicit, evaluate, structure, negotiate, service, monitor and administer loan deposit and products to commercial businesses; pursue potential commercial customers to build a high quality loan and deposit portfolio; determine collateral values; analyze data for approval within guidelines; make presentations to prospects and Credit Committee. Able to recognize and react to cross-selling opportunities, referring customers to appropriate personnel and provide information on a variety of accounts and services. Assist with opening and closing of the branch. Be involved in local community and events
